About Anvil Rise

A small company, built to be a dependable one.

Anvil Rise is a founder-led website company helping churches become easier to find, understand, and visit. You’ll work directly with me, Chris Steinberg, from the first conversation through launch and ongoing care.

I’m not passionate about church websites for their own sake.

I care about the person who’s trying to figure out whether they can walk through the doors on Sunday. The website matters because that person matters.

A church’s message deserves more than a neglected template, buried information, and a contact form nobody checks. My job is to bring clarity, care, and dependable execution to that first digital welcome.

Founder-led in practiceThe work stays personal because the partnership stays personal.

Your message matters more than your website. The website still matters.

People don’t need another clever agency campaign. They need accurate answers, a clear next step, and a church that will point them to Jesus.

We help churches clear the digital path for people seeking Jesus. That purpose shapes who we serve and how we work.

You won’t be handed off to a mystery team.

I’ll be your point of contact for the strategy, structure, design, launch, and ongoing care. When something needs a decision, you’ll know who’s responsible.

A few principles that keep projects honest.

01

Clear before clever

Visitors should understand the church before they admire the design.

02

Useful before impressive

A beautiful interaction earns its place by helping someone move.

03

Personal before automated

Technology supports real people. It doesn’t replace them.

04

Honest about limits

A website can remove friction. It cannot perform ministry.

05

Care after launch

The foundation should stay dependable after the applause ends.

One point of contact. Clear decisions. Fewer open loops.

Direct conversation

Organized requests

Honest recommendations

Dependable follow-through

What we believe shapes how we work and who we serve.

We don’t expect agreement on every secondary theological question. We do look for meaningful alignment on the foundation, and we address disagreement privately and respectfully.
